Our bodies are an alchemical miracle – there are 37 thousand billion billion chemical reactions per second – creating chemistry that can not be synthesised in a lab and is seen as impossible in scientific conditions – yet it does it. And we can either have this awesome alchemical power work for us or against us. We ALL have the resources within us to be vibrantly healthy, joyful, empowered and Naturally Ecstatic – it is what we were put here to be – to shine our brilliance to the world and to each other and to love and support each other in shining their unique brilliance on the planet. In order to live that, we all need to swap our habits from ones that are constantly having to fight stress, disease and toxicity to habits that generate vibrant health – the science has been out there for years but the powers that be don’t share it because sickness and suffering is BIG business – we need to change our viewpoint, our thinking, our relating, our diet and our breathing. Then our lives will change dramatically
