Refund Policy
One-to-One Sessions
Booking Confirmation: Prepayment is required to secure your booking.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled.
Cancellations within 48 to 24 hours will receive a 50% refund, or 50% carried forward to another session.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: Payment is forfeited for no-shows.
Online Courses
Before Course Access: Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase and before accessing any materials.
After Course Access: No refunds are available once materials have been accessed.
Proof of Effort: If the course has been accessed but you are unsatisfied, you must:
Submit proof of completed work.
Answer reflective questions about the course content to prove you have done the work.
Schedule a call to discuss your refund request.
Workshops and Group Events
More than 14 Days Before Event: Full refund or option to transfer.
7–14 Days Before Event: 50% refund or option to transfer.
Less than 7 Days Before Event: No refunds, but you may transfer your space.
No-Show Policy: Payment is forfeited for no-shows.
Retreats
Deposits: Non-refundable unless canceled by Naturally Ecstatic.
Cancellations by You: Refunds (minus deposit) are available if canceled at least 30 days before the retreat.
Cancellations by Us: Full refund, including deposit, if canceled by Naturally Ecstatic.
No-Show Policy: Payment is forfeited for no-shows.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests outside this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Naturally Ecstatic reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
